Problem with Studio One 4 locking up with the 2nd plug-in scan window on Windows 7 with NVidia graphics cards. We have had multiple reports of a problem in which the 2nd time that you open Studio One 4, the plug-in scan window will lock up. If the plug-in you are installing has a VST3 version, it will install to C Program Files Common Files vst3. You do not have to add this path to the plug-in window in Studio One. Studio One by default will scan that folder.Important Note for Windows Users: NEVER add the entire Program Files folder to your Studio OneLocations list. So i have tried pressing Skip or Disable the last 4 times i started Studio one 4, and it does nothing, it completely ignores this and carries on scanning for VST plugins Only way to stop it doing so on startup is manually going in and unpicking scan on startup Can this be fixed? May 22, 2019 Go to Run in the Windows Start menu or open Cortana. Type in%appdata% and press enter. From the Roaming folder that appears, go into PreSonus/Studio One 4. From the Studio One 4 folder, go into x64 and locate the Vstplugins.settings file. PreSonus Studio One 4.5. A new Plug-In Manager lists all installed third-party plug-ins, including a list of plug-ins that were blacklisted during the initial scan, allowing them to be reset individually or globally. Showing or hiding individual or groups of plug-ins only takes a few clicks.

Can this be fixed ? Sometimes i imagine it would be nice to actually skip it and have it work
